Proof of reserves
Every cent in a W.J.M Exchange balance is money the venue owes a player. Those balances are backed by the house reserve — a real in-game bank account (#3962) that holds client money and nothing else. This page compares the two, live. A venue holding other people's money should be able to show it holds it, not merely say so.
How to read this
Owed is the exact sum of every player's cash balance — the venue's total liability. Held is the real in-game balance of reserve account #3962, which backs those balances and holds nothing else. When held ≥ owed, everyone could be paid out at once.
The honest caveat. The reserve figure is reported by the operator's own game session through the companion extension — it is not proven the way a public blockchain would prove it. So treat a fresh timestamp as part of the claim: a number last reported long ago is a number to trust less. Player balances, by contrast, are exact — every one is the running total of an append-only ledger that a test replays end to end.
A deposit that has arrived but not yet been swept into the reserve reads as lower reserves here, never higher — the figure is only ever wrong in the safe direction.
